[edit] Scope of Services:
- Processing of all SMD designs, incl. fine pitch and BGA components
- Assembly on both sides on request (up to 400 mm x 250 mm)
- Only manual assembly with conventional components
- Visual and functional tests and if necessary adjustment according to the test provisions is done according to ISO 9001
[edit] Production Process:
- Infeedof components in the automatic machine via belts, trays and bars
- Inside the precision printing machine, the soldering paste is applied on the circuit board with a laser-cut template
- After assembly, the soldering paste is soldered in a reflow oven
- Then the printed circuit boards of a width of up to 400 mm may be soldered on a wave soldering machine
- Cleaning the assemblies in an environmentally friendly ultrasonic bath
